Free to Smile will review and award scholarships on a case-by-case basis; based on demonstrated financial need if all other requirements and qualifications are met. Priority will be given to applicants interested in mission trips with the highest total cost, and based on Free to Smile's need to staff trips. Free to Smile board members, employees, and their relatives are not eligible to apply.
