Volunteer Application

Thank you for being willing to serve on one of our upcoming missions!

Before You Begin

Several items of documentation are required to be uploaded with your application. You will have the opportunity to provide additional documentation at a later date and associate it with your application, but please be advised that we will not review or consider an application until all materials are provided.

Please have the following items scanned or saved in electronic form prior to beginning the application process:

• Copy of Passport
  
• Scholarship Application (if applicable)

If applying to perform a medical role on our missions, also have the following items ready:

• CV/Resume
  
• Copy of Diplomas
• Copy of Current Medical Licenses

Each item should be saved in an individual file (PDF or JPG), and each file must be less than 10 MB.
